The Ghost range of furniture was designed by Paola Navone for Gervasoni. The collection of seats and upholstered beds are made to order with solid wood frames and elastic belts; the upholstery with differentiated density polyurethane foams. The covers – intentionally abundant, are removable and they can be washed at 30°c. The sewing is made with a matching tone thread according to the choice of our designer.
All upholstered furniture sold for use in the UK must satisfy the UK fire & safety regulations. In accordance to these guidelines, any Ghost sofas, armchairs and beds must be made with a supplementary fire retardant treatment + with Gervasoni’s own fire retardant fabric interliner in between the furniture and the linen cover.
Ghost beds are shipped in kit form, comprising of a number of cardboard boxes which should be unpacked and carefully assembled in situ. Once assembled, the bed should then be dressed with it’s own made to measure removable cover.
