Kubo sofabed by Gervasoni: an ottoman with folding mattress
Reinterpretation of the typical oriental bed, the Kubo free-standing bed is all about transformation: the removable slatted base, hidden under the folding mattress, slides with a simple movement allowing you to switch from pouf to single bed. Its versatility and space-saving qualities make it ideal for spaces of all sizes, from the living room, to the study to the bedroom. Wooden frame available in grey, black, white, ocean or dove-grey.
The covers are removable and can be washed at 30°c. The sewing is made with a matching tone thread according to the choice of Gervasoni’s team of designers.
All upholstered furniture sold for use in the UK must satisfy the UK fire & safety regulations. In accordance to these guidelines, any Gervasoni sofas, armchairs and beds must be made with a supplementary fire retardant treatment + with Gervasoni’s own fire retardant fabric interliner in between the sofa and the linen cover.
The Kubo sofabed by Gervasoni is can be taken apart for access, by separating the mattress from the wooden base.
Each piece is wrapped in a polythene cover and shipped inside one large cardboard box.
The Kubo comes with one roll cushion (W80 x D28cm) and a folding mattress (W80 x D200 x H15cm).
